John’s impressive career began back in 1989 with a top-tier refractory manufacturer.
Our company ethos is simple: we’re large enough to manage any project you have, but we stay small enough to care deeply about each one. In the pivotal year of 2021, we were thrilled to bring Matthew Messer on board as Partner and Vice President. Matthew’s robust experience in the industrial maintenance arena, coupled with his knack for refractory installation, combustion systems, and advanced controls, has been a game-changer for us. Notably, his leadership in adopting the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard has positioned us as an internationally accredited calibration authority since 2017. Matthew, a New Englander at heart, now calls Charlotte, NC home, where he cherishes life with his family.
