Draw Furnaces

The often overlooked Draw or Temper furnace is vital to any heat treat department. Residual oil remaining on parts after a wash cycle will saturate the lining and can become a major fire hazard plus contribute to poor quality parts. When replacing the refractory, a thorough cleaning of the furnace casing is a must. We will also provide a sealant to help prevent oil penetration on the new lining.
